Sunday School

At Burtch, our Sunday School department not only seeks to help our children grow in their knowledge and understanding of God and His ways, as recorded in the Bible, but also to provide them with a way to put what they’ve learned into practice. Because of this you will see our children taking part in church services and spear-heading efforts to raise funds and food for those in need, in the Brantford community and around the world.

We remember…

The Bee Project

Over the Christmas season, our Sunday School department chooses a missions project, for which they will raise awareness in the congregation. Funds are raised, and the children learn how they can be part of God’s work in other parts of the world.

Growing a Peanut Butter Tree

Each year the children and their families, are encouraged to bring in Peanut Butter to help restock the food pantry at ‘Friendship House’, a ministry which helps provide food for those in need. From the jars that come in, the children build a taller and taller tree. Find out more about Friendship House at: https://www.friendship-house-of-brant.org/ or click the button below.
